GROUP PILATES CLASSES IN KINGSTON

ONLINE

Improver Pilates Classes
Improver classes are for those who know the basics and are looking to progress to the next level. Focus is on building strength, control, flexibility and coordination. Equipment will be incorporated to challenge you further. 
 
The Improver class is Tuesdays 7pm - 8pm

Mixed Ability Pilates Classes

Suitable for everybody. Classes will focus on fundamentals - Alignment, Breathing and Centring, and challenge you with equipment. 

The mixed ability class is Tuesdays 9.15am - 10.15am 

Gentle Pilates 

Our Gentle classes are designed to get YOU back!

Our classes are small and friendly which means that you get the personal attention that you deserve. Whether you are recovering from having a baby, or you have lower back pain, or are completely new to Pilates, this is the class for you. 

Gentle Pilates takes place on Wednesdays 9.30am - 10.15am

Chilled Pilates 

This evening class is designed to destress and unwind, lengthening the body and relaxing the mind to prepare for a a good night's sleep to set you for the rest of your week. 

Suitable for those who are looking for a more relaxed class to complement the more challenging classes you may be attending or for those new to Pilates. 

Our Chilled Pilates class takes place on Wednesday's 7.30pm - 8.15pm

FACE TO FACE 

Empower your Midlife  

A friendly, informal class designed for women 35 years+ that takes place in the beautifully refurbished St John's Church, KT1.

 

We will be working on your strength, bone health, muscle building,  flexibility, balance and co-ordination, as well as relaxation and stress management. All important factors for us as we head into peri menopause and beyond. 

 

Suitable for complete beginner's to Pilates, all the way to those proficient with the method.  You will leave the class feeling empowered, revitalised and confident within a small, supportive group. 

 

Just bring a mat, and possibly a towel or a head cushion. 

 

Start your week, and your mid life in the right way! 

This class takes place on Monday's, 10am - 11am. 

Pilates in the Park 

Pilates in the Park takes place on Kingston's glorious Fairfield. We are normally located off the centre path way. 

 

This class will strengthen and lengthen the muscles in your body, help you discover your centre and leave you feeling energised and connected. 

 

Please bring your own mat and any head cushions you would like to use. Props may be needed but you will be informed of these before the class and can easily be found around the home if you don't have specific kit. 

Pilates in the Park takes place on Thursday's 10am- 10.45am

Saturday Special's 

These special classes focus on a particular aspect of the body,  their relationship  with the rest of the body and helping us to get to know our own. We will then do a Pilates class where we will be really focussing our attention on strengthening and mobilising the joints and muscles associated with that focus. .

You will leave the class feeling more knowledgeable and have exercises and ideas to help you to help yourself, as well as energy to take you into your weekend. 

 

The next classes taking place on a Saturday at 9.30am at St John's Church, KT1 are: 

21 May - Neck and Shoulder 

18 June - Glutes and Hips 

23 July - Abdominals 

10 September - All body focus, combining the previous classes

PRIVATE PILATES LESSONS IN KINGSTON

Private Pilates lessons are an excellent way to deepen your understanding of Pilates, help you achieve your fitness goals or assist in rehabilitation. 

  • Your private pilates lesson will be designed just for you. 

  • We'll run the lesson at a time and place convenient to you, online or face to face.

  • If there’s a few of you, you can get together and have your own private group.

Our teachers are fully-trained, experienced, and revel in working with mum’s to assist them in their pregnancy and beyond.

  • Safely strengthen your body focusing on pelvic floor, back and core strength.
